With the feed® NOBB module, you get a full overview of your NOBB products on your dashboard.
Here, you can see the number of products in feed® that are synchronized with NOBB and their respective statuses. There are 10 different statuses a product in feed® can have in relation to NOBB.
Even though the product is in the "Ready for approval" selection, does not necessarily mean that all desired data on the product has been filled out—only the required data has been completed. |
Creating a product in NOBB requires that all required fields in NOBB are filled out before sending it to NOBB. If any information is missing, the product validation will fail. You can check the status of the export job in the job overview, where any error messages will be displayed. These errors must be corrected before the product(s) can be created. |
Typically, products in this status should only be present at startup, before performing an "onboarding" of NOBB products to feed® to get up to date. If you export a product from feed® with this status and the specified NOBB number exists in NOBB, all values in the associated fields will be updated with values from feed®. Additionally, any images, documents, and packaging from feed® will be transferred and could potentially create duplicates. If you do this without first onboarding the product (contact support for onboarding), it is crucial to ensure that the information in feed® is up to date before exporting and to subsequently clean up any duplicate images, documents, and packaging in NOBB. |
If a product is rejected during manual review by Byggtjeneste after submission for approval, it will appear here. The product will have a comment indicating the reason for the rejection. The issues causing the rejection must be addressed before resubmitting the product for approval.
Note: Rejected products are typically also listed in the "Ready for Approval" group since there are no validation errors, only a manual comment indicating that something is wrong with the product. You need to ensure these issues are resolved before resubmitting the product for re-approval.
