In the configuration, it is possible to require that products be approved before becoming part of the feed2feed import.
If approval is required, a product will not be created or updated until it has been approved.
To approve products, navigate to Integrations → feed2feed, then click on the ... menu on the right side of the configuration you want to approve for. From there, select "Approve Products."
You will be directed to an overview with tabs for Awaiting Approval, Approved, and Rejected.
In the example below, there are 1 product awaiting approval, 49 products that have been approved, and 0 products that have been rejected.
Products can be moved between the three statuses by clicking the icons on the right side:
Approve
Reject
Await approval
If a product's identifier matches the product number from the sender, there will be a link icon on the far right to navigate to the product (even if the product has not been imported before).
If it is an unknown product, NEW will be displayed instead.
Once a product has been approved, it will only appear in the list of approved products but will not be imported until an import is executed.
