NOBB has requirements and rules for product information that must be met to create and approve products. If a product has deficiencies or invalid data, a report of discrepancies will be available on the product in feed® after synchronization.

Once you have corrected any discrepancies reported, you can trigger a new export of the product to NOBB directly by clicking the NOBB icon (1.).

To view information about any discrepancies and the status of a product in NOBB, go to the "NOBB" tab (2.).

Here, you will see the product's status in NOBB if it has been synchronized (3.), and, if there are discrepancies, a list of necessary corrections (4.).

You can also see the date and time of the last synchronization from feed® to NOBB for the selected product (5.).

Note: When exporting new products, you may encounter error messages indicating that images, prices, and/or packaging are missing, even though these are present on the product in feed®. This is because the product is first created to be assigned a NOBB number before these additional details can be added. If this process takes some time, you will receive a response from NOBB indicating that the product is created but is missing images, prices, and/or packaging. These discrepancies will persist until the export completes and the remaining information is uploaded.

Therefore, wait until the export job is finished (see job overview) before addressing any discrepancies. Missing image and packaging messages will disappear once these details are fully created in NOBB, provided everything goes smoothly.
