Through the menu option for Aide under "Integrations" in the main menu, one can create templates that limit which data fields on the product are submitted to Aide.
This feature can be used, for example, to ensure that attributes/text that are considered as internal information or sensitive information is not included in what Aide use in the output for creating a text.
Tip: AIDE migt give better text suggestions without inclusion of text fields that in general has large text values in the template.
Create template:
Select "Aide" from the menu option as shown in the print screen.
Click on the "+" sign or press "C" on the keyboard to create a new template. Here you must first give your template a descriptive name.
Existing templates are displayed in the overview here. By clicking on an existing template, one can edit them.
Here, one can also speak directly with Aide, without being in the context of a product.
Once you have given the new template a name, for example, "Product name, number and assorted attributes", you can then choose which fields you want to exclude.
By default all data on Product, Attributes and text are included.
Under the Product tab, one can choose which fields from the product header to submit.
The Attributes tab allows you to select which custom attributes you want to include. The associated attribute groups are named within parentheses. To filter a whole group, search for the attribute group name in the filter field.
The Texts tab enables you to choose which custom texts you want to include.
Use the arrow signs to move attributes and text fields between chosen (used) or available (not used). The selections done here are automatically stored to the template.
