feed® supports email notifications for jobs and tasks.

This applies only to your user. Even if you have administrator rights, you can only activate notifications for yourself.


Navigate to Settings → Email notifications (under My feed).


Here you will find 2 areas where you can configure email notifications:

  1. Tasks
  2. Jobs


Tasks

For tasks, you can set whether you want an email if changes are made to the task itself, if a new comment is added, or if new products have been linked.
This can be configured both for tasks assigned to you and tasks you have created yourself. If you don't want any emails, you don't need to do anything at all.

In the example below you can see some tasks activated for notification. These are simply on/off notfications. If you don't want the notifications anymore, simply click on the task to turn it of.

Jobs

For jobs, you can choose different settings for different jobs.

First, select the job type, then the configuration, and finally the statuses you want email notifications for.

In the examples below you can see that once a notification is set you can change what status you want a notifiction on, and you can also delete the notifications that you no longer want to receive.
