Once you have the selection of product you want to check against a spesific Relation, go to Selection - Relations.
Search and select the Relation you want to include to the search filter.
If you add more than one Relation before you click on "Add to search" it will be treated as a AND selection, and the chip in the search bar will be listed as a combined chip. In the example below this will narrow the search to products that has both "Accesories" and "Spare parts".
If you want to include a list that has relation A or B (++), you need to add one by one relation to expand the search result.
As you can see below, when you add the relations separately they will not be combined and the result will be a list of products that has either Accessories or Spare parts as a relation in this search.
Sometimes you need to search for products that are missing a spesific relation instead of those who has a relation.
By selecting a relation so it appears as a chip in the Relation window and then clicking on it, it will change to a strike trough chip that will list products that does not have this relation.
Once you have the search result you want, click on the magnifier icon and you will have a list of products.
From here you can click on the 3 dots to get the contextual menu and edit columns if you want the result to show some different
If you have generated an Excel relation export based on a stored dashboard search or any other product searches, you can find these by
you can either export this directly to excel by clicking on the magnifier icon and you will have a list of products.
From here you can click on the 3 dots to get the contextual menu, and then choose Generate excel.
Standard this will show you "Export products", so you need to click on "Export relations"
From here you can choose the header language (it will show you the language of your user language).
If you click on Relations you can choose/select the relations you want to list (from the search you have), and you can choose more than one.
If you want an export of product that does NOT have the spesific relations you have chosen, you need to checkmark "Include products without relations"
If you have Base products in feed and the relations are set on the base product and not on the variants, you can checkmark "Include inherited relations" to also list the variants that has inherited the relation.
When done, click on Download as Excel.
PS: This will not download the excel file to your download folder. It will generate the report in feed, and you will get a notification when it is done.
You can click on this notification and click on the "Relation excel export" to be transfered to the list of Relation reports.
Atlternatively you will find the report by doing the following:
- click clicking on integrations (in the left menubar)
- Then click on Relations (under Excel export).
- Here you will find a list of generated Excel exports for download. Download a report by clicking on the download icon
- Exports completed more than 7 days ago will be removed unless they have been checkmarked for "Store indefinitely". If you click on the report within the marked area you will get a pop-up screen where you can change the name of the report and checkmark it for indefinitely storage. Keep in mind that this report is a snapshot. It will not auto update the results as the dashboard searches will.
PS: If you save a search result stored in your dashboard that includes filtering on Relations you still need to choose what Relation you want to export in the Relation export since that is a mandatory field in the export.
Fortunately you will see the search filter when you do the export, so you can choose the same Relations in the dropdown menu.
